Golden Nugget Online Gaming has bolstered its US online sports betting and igaming output, after striking a multi-year agreement with Affinity Interactive for market access in the state of Missouri.
The partnership grants the group the right to offer mobile sports betting and online casino wagering in partnership with Affinity, legislation and regulatory approvals permitting.
“We are excited that this new partnership will add to Affinity Interactive’s incredible offerings at Mark Twain Casino and St Jo Frontier Casino in the state of Missouri,” commented Mary Beth Higgins, CEO of Affinity Interactive.
“Golden Nugget Online Gaming has demonstrated its leadership in online gaming, and we’re confident that once online gaming is legalised for Missouri players, GNOG will deliver a spectacular product for our customers.”
The agreement will see GNOG pay AI a percentage of its net gaming revenue in the state, subject to certain minimum royalty payments over the term of the agreement.

Z Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Z Capital Group, confirmed the completion of a merger to create Affinity Interactive in July 2021, in a bid to capitalise on the growth of igaming and sports wagering.
As first announced one month earlier, the transaction combined Affinity Gaming, a diversified national casino gaming operator, and Sports Information Group, a New York-based B2B and B2C global omnichannel sports, technology, digital, media and wagering business.
