Fast Track enhances Palasino player engagement with CRM integration

The online extension of Czech-based TWHE, Palasino, has enhanced its online player base engagement with Fast Track CRM integration.

The online extension of Czech-based Trans World Hotels and Entertainment, Palasino, has enhanced its online player base engagement with Fast Track CRM integration. 

As part of the partnership, Fast Track CRM will provide the operator with the capabilities to use real-time, on-site engagements to communicate with its online players, along with offering data and detailed segmentation to personalise the player experience.

Scheduled to be launched in early 2022, the MGA licenced brand, offering casino, live casino and poker, will be placed on the Pragmatic Solutions platform.

Earlier this year, Fast Track partnered with 32Red in an agreement to supply its CRM platform to offer greater flexibility for the operator’s engagement campaign whilst offering the Kindred Group subsidiary access to 400 data points.
