As part of the deal, DWG games, including Flippin’ Rich and Hold Your Horses, will become available to Kindred players.

Kindred head of RNG casino, Gareth Jennings, explained: “We value casino content which offers our customers something fresh, and DWG’s Vegas-themed games certainly deliver. Our players demand original games, in a safe environment, which are engaging, intuitive, and above all else, fun.

Expanding its footprint in Europe, Design Works Gaming titles, including those launched with Kindred Group, are said to be “uniquely validated” in social casinos prior to launch, “ensuring a higher chance of success”. 

Moreover, DWG’s portfolio of titles are designed to “capture the magic of a night out in Las Vegas” with 80 per cent of games based on “unique math models”.

Last month, Design Work Gaming unveiled the latest expansion of its social casino portfolio, as the firm introduced Cash River.

Joining Diamond Sky Casino, Spin Vegas Slots and Super Scratcher Casino under the DWG banner, the offering is pencilled in to launch across the UK market later this summer.

At an implied value of €320m for 100 per cent of the shares – on a cash and debt free basis – the acquisition of Relax accelerates Kindred’s product control and differentiation capabilities.
