Gaming content creator RubyPlay has recruited Maxima Compliance, as the group seeks the provision of market entry support across both technical and regulatory compliance.

The full-service compliance provider will assist RubyPlay in all aspects of its compliance function, as the content studio expands into new regulated markets.

This will include full support across regulatory and technical compliance, which will be undertaken to ensure that the group’s content meets all relevant specifications.

“As we embark on the next step of our expansion, we couldn’t be happier to be partnering with Maxima Compliance, the most trusted name in gaming compliance,” explained Ittai Zur, RubyPlay COO.

“Regulatory and technical compliance are an essential part of a smooth entry into a new market, and we see this as a field where we can gain a key, strategic advantage over the competition.

“That’s why we are working extremely closely with Maxima Compliance. It is fantastic to have them on the team.”

Furthermore, Maxima Compliance will support the roll out of RubyPlay’s portfolio of games, including titles such as Bull Fever and Wolf Haven, into new markets.

“We work best with forward-thinking and progressive gaming companies, and RubyPlay certainly ticks these boxes,” noted Antonio Zanghi, Maxima Compliance CEO.

“Their entire team has been very open to our approach, and this will yield benefits across their organisation and for their operator partners.

“I’d like to thank the RubyPlay team for putting their trust in Maxima Compliance, and we will work tirelessly to ensure we deliver for them.”
