Ezugi has added further depth to its burgeoning Italian footprint, after the live dealer online casino provider struck an alliance with igaming operator Sisal.

The collaboration saw Ezugi’s live roulette offering launch on Sisal’s online casino and sports betting portal last week, with plans to go live with blackjack and punto banco on the platform set to come to fruition in the coming weeks.

Ezugi broadcasts from studios in nine locations globally, including Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and offers a fully customizable platform, which ensures that Sisal’s games will use Italian dealers, and boast a localised look and feel.

This commercial tie-up enhances Ezugi’s footprint in a region which it asserts has become “a focal point” of its expansion strategy, with its most recent deal prior to this one being made alongside online gambling platform provider Blox.

Rais Busom, Ezugi territory manager, said: “This is a significant strategic deal for Ezugi and one that underlines our commitment to the vibrant Italian market.

“It’s an honour to partner with a major brand like Sisal, which has such scale and such a storied history. It demonstrates our strategy of seeking out blue-chip partnerships in exciting growth markets.”

Earlier this month, Sisal, the operator of Italy’s Superenalotto lottery, detailed its entry into the competition to win the UK government’s fourth National Lottery licence.
