Olga Bajela installed as Stakelogic’s chief commercial officer

Wizard Games, a subsidiary of NeoGames, has announced the appointment of Benedict McDonagh as Managing Director in a move to “take the studio to the next level”.

Olga Bajela has been named as Stakelogic’s new chief commercial officer, having previously served as the developer’s sales director.

At the end of last year, Bajela was moved into the role of sales director within the sales team, bringing with her the experience of several business development roles in and outside of the iGaming space upon joining the company in September 2020.

Tasked with continuing to expand the company’s exposure in various regulated markets, as well as strengthening the overall company position in the highly-competitive game development space, Bajela will now look to build on the progress the business has made since joining.

“It has been such a great experience being part of the Stakelogic team, and I’m looking forward to the new challenges this role will bring,” she remarked.

“I can’t thank the management team enough for putting their trust in me to help continue in driving this company forward.”

Most recently, Stakelogic made its first foray into the Spanish sector – following its entry into the Romanian market – via a deal penned with PokerStars to take its full suite of popular casino content live in the country.

“Olga has impressed us since day one,” explained Stephan van den Oetelaar, CEO of Stakelogic. “She has been instrumental to our success including the delivery of key partner integrations and territory launches such as Romania and Spain.

“We fully believe Olga will excel in her new role as CCO and all of us at Stakelogic wish her the utmost congratulations.”
