Grand Casino Baden

Oryx Gaming has quickly followed up on its Swiss market entry from earlier this month, by deepening its presence in the region via a deal with Grand Casino Baden.

After striking a deal with Grand Casino Luzern regarding its mycasino.ch online brand, Oryx has partnered with the Grand Casino Baden’s jackpots.ch counterpart, Switzerland’s first licenced online casino operator.

The digital marketplace opened in the country in 2019, and, according to the latest official figures from the country’s regulator, online gaming licensees generated CHF23.5m (£19.48m) in the first partial year of being live.

Marcel Tobler, chief strategy officer at Grand Casino Baden, said: “We have had a strong start to our online operations thanks to the wide, diverse and entertaining content we have to offer.

“By partnering with Oryx our customers will gain access to innovative and fun titles that we are certain will resonate well with slot fans.”

The collaboration will ensure that the brand gains access to content from Oryx’s exclusive RGS partner Gamomat, including titles such as Royal Seven, Ramses Book, Crystal Book and Take 5, all of which offer a number of features and jackpots designed to increase player engagement and retention levels.

The Bragg Gaming Group’s B2B solutions provider was awarded an ISO/IEC 27001 certificate last year, which is used as a regulation benchmark in Switzerland. The supplier is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the Romanian National Gambling Office, and its content is certified or approved in 18 other major jurisdictions.

“Partnering with yet another operator in Switzerland is a big step for us as we set out to further grow in this market which offers great potential,” added Matevž Mazij, managing director of Oryx Gaming.

“We believe the content we offer is the perfect fit for Swiss players and we look forward to working together with Grand Casino Baden to reach a new audience.”
