Everi Holdings has named Kate Lowenhar-Fisher as executive vice president, chief legal officer – general counsel, and corporate secretary, effective March 22, 2021, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Most recently serving as an equity member in the Las Vegas office of Dickinson Wright PLLC, where she chaired the firm’s gaming and hospitality practice group, Lowenhar-Fisher will have responsibility for the company’s legal and regulatory compliance affairs and will report to Everi CEO Michael Rumbolz.

Jason Guyot has been confirmed as the president and chief executive officer of Foxwoods Resort Casino by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, after assuming the role an on interim basis in April 2020.
Guyot, who is lauding as having led Foxwoods’ COVID-19 response team, developing and implementing the resort’s extensive safety measures, is focused on expanding and bolstering Foxwoods’ offerings for guests.

GeoComply has strengthened its management team with the promotion of Lindsay Slader to the position of managing director of gaming, where she will be responsible for the group’s gaming business on a global scale.
