SBC Webinars and GiG present The Digital Transformation Journey

The SBC Webinars series continues on Tuesday 23 March when GiG presents The Digital Transformation Journey, an in-depth look at how to create a seamless player experience across an operator’s retail sites and online offering.

The session will examine each key stage of the process from the initial design and implementation of a tailored omnichannel solution to the ongoing managed services that ensure it runs effectively.

Implementing a bespoke omnichannel solution represents an opportunity to vastly improve player experience by giving them the power to choose how and where they play, with features such as a single wallet and loyalty programme able to be used in both brick-and-mortar and online settings.

The value that a well-designed solution provides for operators can be further enhanced by the adoption of services including digital acquisition and engagement strategies that drive online registrations, and customer service that matches the high-level experience players are used to in a retail setting.

During the session, GiG’s experts will outline how the company assists retail operators planning to move online for the first time and their experience of providing managed services that have helped to ensure the success of digital transformation projects.

The speakers for this session will be:

  • Ashley-Christian Hardy – director of product, GiG.
  • Nicola Fitton – director of managed services, GiG.
  • Andrew McCarron – managing director of SBC (moderator).
