CasinoBeats Slots Festival to put play
at the heart of product selection

This week’s CasinoBeats Slots Festival is set to demonstrate that play can be a central part of product selection, as hundreds of gaming professionals gather to try out new and previously unreleased titles from leading games studios.

Attendees at the Festival on Thursday 4 February will have full access to a dedicated interactive platform, where more than 50 new slots will be available in free-play mode to test and compare.

This vibrant online environment, which replicates the look and functionality of an online casino’s slots lounge, will enable attendees to log in from the convenient location of their own desks and experience the gameplay, graphics, sound and UX of the new games.

Microgaming, Scientific Games, Play’n GO, BetConstruct, Netgaming, Kalamba Games, and Habanero are among the suppliers ready to showcase their scheduled releases, giving attendees a first look at what are certain to be some of 2021’s hit titles.

The new games available to play include Netgaming’s The Dark Art, Habanero’s 5 Mariachis, Microgaming’s Shamrock Holmes Megaways, Ducks Till Dawn by Kalamba Games, and Monopoly Utility Trails from Scientific Games.

For operators’ casino teams, Slots Festival will provide a fun way to conduct important research and a new perspective on the market as they continue to develop their 2021 product roadmaps.

They will be joined by major affiliates, content aggregators, and the international igaming media, as well as leading streamers FruitySlots and Chipmonkz Slots, who will put some of the games through their paces on Twitch and YouTube as their followers give instant feedback.

While product testing through play remains the central feature of Slots Festival, this edition will provide attendees with the added benefit of some valuable conference-style content throughout the day.

Sessions include a keynote from Cristina Niculae (CEO, Interactive Gaming Group), a fireside chat with Simon Hammon (chief product officer, Relax Gaming), and a How to Make Money From Online Slots workshop hosted by Levan Kavtaradze (director of gaming, PokerMatch.com). Attendees can also learn about the development of the Wheel of Fortune Megaways title during an interview with Nik Robinson (CEO, Big Time Gaming) and Enrico Drago (SVP, IGT PlayDigital).

Stewart Darkin, managing director of CasinoBeats, said: “Selecting the right games and regularly refreshing their slots line-up with innovative and fun new titles are both crucial factors in the success of online casino operators.

“When it comes to assessing which of the many new releases hitting the market to choose, there really is no substitute for playing the games. Slots Festival allows operators’ product teams to do exactly that, with scores of new titles available to try as free plays in a single dedicated environment that they can access without having to leave their desks.”

Operators already registered to attend include Bet365, Betika, Codere, Entain, Flutter Entertainment, Gamesys, Genesis Global, Kaizen Gaming, Kajot Casino, Kindred Group, LeoVegas, Melbet, Mozzart, Novibet, Scatters, Superbet, Videoslots, VIPs Casino, Wildz, and 1xSlots.
