Pablo Ferreira has stated that it’s a “real privilege” and a “fantastic step”, after being named as the chief marketing officer of casino and sportsbook platform provider Soft2Bet.

In the position, his remit will include creating the promotional strategy for the company’s flagship 2021 sportsbook, lauded as well as “a highly anticipated brand launch scheduled for the coming months.

Boris Chaikin, CEO at Soft2Bet, stated: “We are thrilled to name Pablo Ferreira as chief marketing officer and have no doubt that his appointment will bring continued success to the business.

“We’re gearing up for a busy year here at Soft2Bet, but with such talented employees as Pablo on board we will continue to exceed the requirements of partners across the globe.”

Following a successful spell as Soft2Bet’s head of country managers, Ferreira’s new position will involve overseeing the marketing and promotion of Soft2Bet’s more than 30 strong operator portfolio, including the SBC award-winning igaming entity Wazamba.

The platform provider’s new CMO brings a wealth of industry experience to the role, following a multi-year stint as head of marketing in LatAm and Spain for the then GVC Holdings, and a managerial tenure at Sportingbet.

“Becoming chief marketing officer at Soft2Bet is a fantastic step for me personally, and managing such a talented and hardworking team will be a real privilege,” added Pablo Ferreira, CMO at Soft2Bet.

“We’ve made tremendous progress in recent months, winning awards, releasing new products, and extending our ever-growing commercial reach even further. Looking to the year ahead, I have no doubt that that success will continue.”

The group currently holds Malta Gaming Authority, Swedish Gambling Authority and Curacao licences, with further certification from the EU set to follow.
