Online casino reactivation specialist Enteractive has secured further global growth after entering the Brazilian market for the first time after signing a deal with operator KTO.

Providing the organisation with its (Re)Activation Cloud platform, KTO is to utilise the plug-and-play technology and service to boost player retention rates by connecting directly with its players. 

KTO, a young brand targeting players in Brazil, is aiming to develop a highly localised product for the market, including customer support in Portuguese.

The (Re)Activation Cloud is driven by human interaction and boosts the operator’s P&L by aiming to activate inactive players. This is done by having personalised conversations on the brand’s behalf, which begins where the CRM processes end.

It provides real-time end to end transparency while giving clients full visibility and control of the entire process. Additionally, all (Re)Activation Cloud methods used are GDPR and G4 compliant and all data processed is highly secured.
