All-in Diversity Project welcomes Seventh Wave for D&I training

The All-in Diversity Project has entered into a new partnership with Seventh Wave Corporate Training, with the firm welcomed on-board as strategic partners.

An industry-driven initiative that aims to benchmark diversity, equality and inclusion in the global gaming sector, AIDP states Seventh Wave is to offer practical education and training on diversity and inclusion across the sector.

Adrian Sladdin, Seventh Wave Corporate Training managing director, said of the link-up: “All the team at Seventh Wave are delighted to become strategic partners with All-In Diversity Project.

“Our background in delivering high-level corporate training around the world makes this a natural fit as we seek to expand our own training offers. It is also a great opportunity to deliver innovative thinking around a subject which is already at the heart of our organisation.”

Furthermore, the All-in Diversity Project recently launched its industry-wide membership program, and is also now registering participants for its second annual All-Index survey.

Christina Thakor-Rankin, co-founder of All-In Diversity, said of the latest agreement: “We understand that embracing the principles of diversity and inclusion as a driver for sustainability and long-term success is the easy part.

“The challenge lies in translating these principles into real-life working practices in a way that produces maximum results with minimum disruption and cost. Having Seventh Wave as a partner means we can now offer tangible training to help businesses progress.”
