“Our customer base has been extremely engaged with their catalogue of games and we look forward to a longstanding partnership moving forward.”

Since the opening of the regulated Swedish gaming market at the start of this year, Svenska Spel stated that it has “maintained a competitive customer base and defended its leading position against new competitors”.

“The addition of Svenska Spel Sport and Casino as a key partner is pivotal to our localised market strategy in Sweden,” added David Bolas, Greentube UK commercial director

The partnership creates more opportunities for Greentube in reaching new audiences and cementing the company’s foothold in Sweden, following several European jurisdictions being targeted this month.

Initial moves in Switzerland via the Grand Casino Lucerne was made earlier this month, before quickly following up the deal by integrating its slots content with the Grand Casino Baden.

This sandwiched entry into Denmark being made alongside RoyalCasino.dk, before the firm made its debut on the Croatian market with the Hattrick-owned online casino PSK.hr.

Under the terms of the deal the operator is the first in Croatia to go live with content from the Greentube portfolio, including Novomatic titles which have been adapted for online channels.
