Live casino specialists Evolution Gaming has built upon a previously established target, by securing approval to extend its footprint across the United States.

Securing a condition interactive gaming manufacturer licence from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, Evolution has been cleared to deliver live casino services on behalf of gaming operators from its planned live studio in the state.

Becoming the first live casino provider to be licensed within the Keystone State, after similar moves made when awarded preliminary waiver status in New Jersey, Evolution has also stated plans are underway for the construction of a new studio in Pennsylvania.

Furthermore, to support continued growth in New Jersey, Evolution is doubling the size of its Atlantic City studio.

This expansion will allow additional US licensees to create dedicated tables and environments, as well as expanding the games portfolio by adding ‘crowd pleasers’ to the existing games line-up.

James Stern, chief business development officer of America and land-based at Evolution, said: “Demand for our live casino services in the US has been phenomenal. We are delighted to be further expanding our US operations by opening a standalone studio in Pennsylvania to serve both online operators and land-based casinos in the state.

“We are looking forward to opening up our world-leading live casino portfolio to operators and players in the state of Pennsylvania.

“We continue to stay at the forefront, maximising the opportunities in this exciting new market and growing together with our licensees.”
