Casino aggregation platform provider Iforium is making its Latin American market debut after entering into a content based agreement with Codere.

Hailed as a “rapidly regulating” region, Iforium is make manoeuvres into the region for the first time following a significant Gameflex platform integration agreement with the operator.

Phil Parry, CEO of Iforium, stated: “Regulated markets are opening thick and fast, and we are pioneering the way for some of the world’s biggest brands to rapidly enter these territories with access to the industry’s best performing content.

“We’re delighted to partner with Codere and there is much more to come as and when regulation permits, and we will further power their growth as soon as this happens.”

The multi-year deal will see Codere access Iforium’s Gameflex aggregation platform via a single API integration, with phase one allowing the brand’s players in Mexico to choose from over 9,000 games from more than 100 gaming providers.

As regulation spreads across the region and more countries create legislative igaming frameworks, Codere will be able to offer Iforium’s content portfolio to other markets including Columbia, Argentina and Spain.

Erez Leket, product department at Codere, commented: “Iforium has set the benchmark when it comes to single integration casino aggregation, and they are the ideal content partner for us across both our most important and our emerging markets. We look forward to working closely together with them in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and many more exciting jurisdictions.”

This marks the second such deal in as many months for Codere, after Pragmatic Play unveiled the latest strand of its global expansion strategy by entering into a new agreement alongside the Spanish and Latin America facing operator.

Under the terms of the deal Pragmatic’s slots content has also gone live with Codere in Mexico, with Spain and Colombia to soon follow suit.
