Turnkey solutions provider Oryx Gaming has gone live with Malta-based casino operator Fairplay, as the Bragg Gaming Group brand embarks upon a previously detailed global expansion strategy.

Earlier this week Oryx’s parent company revealed it could be shedding its GiveMeSport and GiveMeBet assets, to focus on maximising revenue and cash flow generation through B2B licensing deals, Oryx Hub and aggregated gaming content.

Following a successful integration, the operator now has access to Oryx’s wide-ranging portfolio of content, including proprietary titles and third-party games from suppliers such as Gamomat, Kalamba Games, Golden Hero and Givme Games.

Carel Meijer, CEO of Fairplay, said of the new deal: “Partnering with Oryx is the perfect fit for us as we continue to implement our growth strategy.

“Being able to offer such a wide range of content from premium suppliers will help us grow our customer base, and ensure we offer top quality content to players.”

Through the newly launched Oryx Hub, operators can offer players a large portfolio of over 8,000 games from over 80 content providers.

Licensees can integrate certified and compliant content, with advanced marketing tools, such as promotions, leaderboards, achievements, tournaments and jackpots, also featured.

Matevz Mazij, managing director of Oryx, commented: “We are excited to work with such a promising brand as Fairplay and this partnership further proves that Oryx offers a leading content delivery solution for the industry.

“The OryxHub platform meets Fairplay’s content delivery, compliance and marketing needs and our large selection of premium titles provides them with the most appealing games for their target markets.”

Regarding the organisations potential shift in focus, Dominic Mansour, CEO of Bragg Gaming, explained: “This review of strategic alternatives for GMS and GMB is a prime example of how we are exploring all available options to position Bragg for long-term success.

“Demonstrated by the impressive user statistics, we’ve taken bold actions and made fundamental changes that have resulted in a far stronger, more capable GMS and GMB.

“Looking ahead, we are laser focused on growing our B2B gaming solutions and plan to extend Oryx’s reach both organically and through future acquisitions and strategic partnerships.”
