Las Vegas headquartered AGS has announced its first deal with a Malta-based real-money online casino operator, after partnering with Alea.

In the early stages of its new agreement, the developer, manufacturer and supplier of casino games, systems and technology is to provide content to Alea’s SlotsMillion online casino brand, with land-based title Jade Wins recently going live.

Matt Reback, AGS’ executive vice president, said of the new link-up: “Player demand for our AGS game content is high, so we’re thrilled to add another operator-partner, and one as well-respected as Alea, in our first partnership with a Maltese operator.

“Alea is a highly regarded online operator known for its innovation and focus on player entertainment, and we appreciate their confidence in AGS.”

Currently holding licenses from the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, Malta Gaming Authority and Curacao government, SlotsMillion, founded in 2014, contains in excess of 2,000 games.

Available via mobile, tablet and desktop across a number of regulated markets around the world, the company states that an upcoming expansion to the Swedish market is due to commence.

Alex Tomic, Alea co-founder and chief executive officer, added: “Working with the AGS team has been a terrific experience, and we look forward to a long-term partnership focused on player entertainment.

“We expect that Jade Wins is going to prove to be a top-performer on SlotsMillion following on its success in retail casinos across North America, and we look forward to launching more AGS content in the coming months.”

This latest deal for AGS follows a strengthening of its sales account executive team, after a duo of new hires were showcased, bringing aboard a “wealth” of relevant experience.

Joining its North America games sales team, Michele Hannemann has been drafted in to support the Western Canada jurisdiction, with Colleen Coddington set to focus on the Midwest US region.
