Malta headquartered provider Hacksaw Gaming has debuted its latest content-based partnership, after signing a global deal with online gaming operator Betsson Group.

Labelled a “multi-brand” launch, the deal is to see Hacksaw Gaming’s entire portfolio of content go live across a multitude of Betsson brands, including Betsafe and NordicBet, in the coming months.

Joey Hurtado, managing director of casino brands at Betsson Group, commented: “We are always looking to add new innovative content to our portfolio, and Hacksaw Gaming’s great range of scratchcards is the perfect complement to our already high-quality offer, further confirming our commitment to provide the best casino experience in the industry.”

Mobile first games provider Hacksaw, who stresses that the integration was made possible via the Relax Gaming platform, has detailed a desire to reinvent the scratchcard segment.

First steps towards this goal is via a new approach taken through the introduction of fixed jackpots on offer for players, who are able to win up to €500,000 on a single offering, emphasising that they also act as a “tool for companies looking to retain, market and acquire new customers at low costs”.

Marcus Cordes, chief operating officer at Hacksaw Gaming, expresses delight at the new deal: “Our latest partnership with such an iconic name in the industry continues to prove our strength and status and shows Hacksaw Gaming are a reputable provider.

“We are delighted that the quality of our product has been recognised by Betsson, who have shown great enthusiasm towards the partnership. It’s clear that players want variety, and operators are recognising the huge potential of this exciting new vertical.

“Hacksaw Gaming was founded with a vision for revolutionising scratch cards, and this is only the start of our journey.”

This agreement follows Hacksaw striving for a period of strong growth, after it unveiled a partnership alongside LeoVegas last month, following a deal undertaken with Patagonia Entertainment.
