Operator group GVC has beefed up its Italian bingo offer with the launch of Bingo 3.0, a new platform serving the group’s B2C brands and partners in Italy.
Italian operator Lottomatica has also joined the GVC bingo network, cementing the group’s leading position in the Italian bingo market.
Bingo 3.0 boasts a number of improvements, all in line with recent regulatory changes in Italy that also expanded the range of game variants permitted. The front-end lobby and client software are now HTML5 based, while the interface has been restyled to offer a contemporary look and feel.
A number of new variants have been introduced including quick-play 30-ball game Italia30, and Zaffiro75, which offers one-to-four line prizes. Regional dialects are featured throughout and gameplay is more rapid, with individual rounds 14 per cent faster.
GVC chief operating officer, Shay Segev said: “We are excited to unveil our new Italian bingo platform which we believe is now the best in the market.
“We are confident our customer’s will love the new games and player experience, while the technical capabilities of the platform means that we are ideally positioned to adapt to any new technical requirements.“
Moreno Marasco, bwin Italia’s managing director, added: “The fact that Lottomatica has joined our network is a huge vote of confidence in the new platform and extends our position as the number-one bingo operator in Italy.”
