Gan has announced the launch of its 14th simulated gaming website in the United States, with the offering available within Mississippi for the first time via Pearl River Resort.

Its latest unveiling comes alongside the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, who became the fifth Native American casino operator to select Gan for its launch, when entering into the agreement earlier this year.

The launch encompasses the full Pearl River Portfolio, which counts the Silver Star Hotel and Casino, Golden Moon Hotel and Casino and Bok Homa Casino as part of its stable, offering a combined over 2,400 slot machines, 69 table games, 14 table elevated poker room and bingo room which seats up to 306 players.

Detailing a “strong initial response,” the deal also sees Pearl River agree to license Gan’s US patent addressing loyalty awards, allowing patrons to link reward cards to their online simulated gaming account, becoming the 14th operator to do so.

Dermot Smurfit, chief executive officer of Gan, stated: “Pearl River is one of America’s largest Native American casino resort properties, and the largest casino resort in Mississippi. This represents a brand new, strategic market for Gan, and we look forward to working with Pearl River to grow their simulated gaming business in the coming months.”

Before discussing developments already seen through a series of launches and expansions: “In the first half of 2018, Gan grew gross purchases by players by over 52% due to both new launches and existing expansion.

“Gan now has successfully launched simulated gaming websites for 14 clients across 11 states, and we continue to see incremental opportunity to scale this segment through online/on-property marketing activity, and working with our casino partners to expand user interaction and engagement.”

Gan recently announced the commencement of a further previously agreed deal, after expanding its presence within Italy alongside gaming and betting operator Goldbet.
