Malta-based casino games and platform supplier Relax Gaming has agreed a “ground-breaking” collaboration with Leander Games, designed to drive the aggregation strategy of each party.

Under the terms of the “two-way plat-2-plat agreement” Leander is to supply a selection of titles, including Ave Caesar and Scrooge’s Jackpot, via the Relax Gaming proprietary platform, in order to take advantage of its “significant market penetration”.

In return, Relax Gaming stands to gain access to Leander’s established distribution network, designed to grow its global footprint.

Steven Matsell, CEO of Leander Games, commented: “Our partnership with Relax Gaming highlights its open appeal, and we are delighted to have enhanced our offering with such a fast-growing provider.

“Their transparent approach to commercial relationships immediately stood out, and we are sure their partners will love our products and vice versa.”

As a result of the single integration Relax Gaming, its partners, Leander and its third-parties “all stand to significantly benefit from their respectively expanding networks”.

Daniel Eskola, Relax Gaming CEO, added: “We are always looking for new opportunities to add high-quality content to our platform, and capitalise on the potential to grow our distribution and global reach. This made the unusual decision to partner with another platform a clear and easy one, especially one as respected as Leander Games.

“This agreement represents a major step forward, as we continue to deliver on our vision to become a preferred partner, and this is a clear endorsement of the potential of our fresh commercial approach.”

This follows a deal agreed alongside White Hat Gaming, which sees Relax Gaming integrate its portfolio of games with the leading casino content platform.

Relax Gaming now sees its offering include a selection of White Hat titles, including Erik the Red, Zombie Circus and Epic Joker, complementing its successful bingo, poker and table games.

On the back of its new commercial models, Silver Bullet and Powered By, the provider will also make its constantly expanding library of partner content accessible to White Hat’s customers.
