Turnkey solutions provider Oryx Gaming has agreed a new deal alongside multi-licensed online gaming operator Alea.com, which will see a selection of its titles be integrated into the operator of 3D virtual reality online casino SlotsMillion’s portfolio.

Following the announcement, the Malta and Barcelona based Alea.com stresses that it “is dedicated to developing the latest gaming innovations, to deliver a brilliant experience for players, associates and affiliates”.

Alexandre Tomic, chief executive officer of Alea.com, commented: “Oryx’s unique portfolio fits perfectly on SlotsMillion and we’re thrilled to have them aboard. We look forward to sharing their games with our players and to seeing what they come up with next.”

Oryx Gaming is set to see its titles launched across multiple European markets through its games platform, and accessible on Alea.com’s SlotsMillion brand.

SlotsMillion is home to in excess of 2,500 games, and is joined in the Alea stable by UK brand LadyLucks, with the integration of Oryx’s own titles set to be accompanied by a range of top-performing games created in collaboration with Gamomat and Kalamba Games.

“We’re delighted to partner with an award-winning operator like Alea. Our games align perfectly with Alea’s growth strategy and its SlotsMillion brand will give us excellent exposure across multiple European markets,” added Matevz Mazij, ORYX Gaming chief executive officer.

Oryx Gaming is also in midst of being acquired by Breaking Data Corp, the owners of sports news platform GIVEMESPORT, as the organisation plans a transition into the betting and gaming markets.

Set to rename the firm Bragg Gaming Group, in its initial media release it was detailed that €1.5m would be paid upon the signing of the share and purchase agreement, with a further €4.125m upon closing of the transaction.

Speaking at the time of the agreement first being announced, Mazij stated: “The deal with Breaking Data is a fantastic opportunity to capitalise on our international expansion plans.

“In the last five years since Oryx was founded, it has developed into a leading global provider of turnkey solutions for top gaming and betting brands.”
