NetEnt has enhanced its World Cup based portfolio, by unveiling a daily jackpot campaign celebrating the showpiece with over €1,000,000 worth of cash prizes available.

The Mega Million Campaign is to run on the digital gaming content firm’s Hall of Gods and Mega Fortune games, and will take place between June 14 and July 15, with the jackpot having a potential of falling after that date.

The huge cash giveaway is split into two key segments, with the first offering consumers a chance to scoop €3,800 each day a World Cup game is played during the summer, amounting to a total cash prize sum of €95,000 across the full tournament.

Furthermore, part two offers an additional sum of money to the winner of the mega jackpot, and is split between Hall of Gods (€350,000) and Mega Fortune (€650,000).

Henrik Fagerlund, chief product officer of NetEnt, says: “Campaigns like Mega Million enhance players’ gaming experience. This summer’s football event is a great opportunity to push our already popular jackpot games, and that’s why we’ve splashed out on this one.

“Just like our players, we’re really looking forward to the World Cup and can’t wait for the excitement to begin.”

This forms the latest manoeuvre by NetEnt in the build up to the Russian World Cup, which has seen a number of product releases for both live casino and slot games.

Its sports betting widget allows simultaneous sports betting and live casino, with World Cup Live allowing players to follow the action whilst playing roulette, across mobile and desktop devices.

Accompanying the latter is NetEnt’s Live Casino Goal Smash Roulette, a two parted competition, compromising daily bonus giveaways and prize draws, with a total prize pool of €75,000.
