Red Tiger Gaming has joined forces with the All-in Diversity Project, as the casino games developer becomes a founding member as part of a drive to improve practices in gambling.

All-in Diversity is a not for profit industry driven initiative, that is aiming to facilitate open discussions in the key strategic areas of diversity, equality and inclusion, across the global betting and gaming sectors

Gavin Hamilton, CEO of Red Tiger Gaming, said: “We are very proud to have become a founding member of the All-in Diversity project, which is an initiative that really resonates with what we stand for as a company and employer.

“The focus of the project is something we feel very passionate about and we hope that along with the other founding members, we can raise awareness of this important topic across the betting industry.”

The initiative also focuses on establishing a standard index, designed to be a decisive benchmarking tool for calculating diversity and inclusion, ensuring awareness of diverse representation.

Kelly Kehn, co-founder of the All-in Diversity Project, commented: “It’s fantastic to have Red Tiger Gaming become a Founding Member of the All-in Diversity Project. Their inclusion is another exciting step in our journey and will be a shining example of how a diverse and inclusive workplace can produce industry-leading products.”

Fellow co-founder, Christina Thakor-Rankin, echoed the comments, adding: ‘We are immensely proud to be able to add yet another organisation who doesn’t just ‘talk the talk’, but who proactively ‘walks the walk’ at every given opportunity.

“We believe that by providing a common platform that allows all stakeholders (industry, regulators, educators and support organisations) to discuss, debate and develop best practices which seek to address the key challenges we start to secure our future.”
