The Silver Heritage Group has announced a duo of appointments to bolster its Tiger Palace Resort, South Asia’s first Integrated Resort, located in the Bhairahawa region of Nepal.

Joining the group as general manager of casino is Kevin Willcocks, while Brett Model has been drafted in from the Golden Nugget Lake Charles in the USA to head up the hotel side.

Willocks, who has over 30 years experience in the Australian, Asian and European markets, has spent the last 16 years in Goa, India, with his new property close to the border with India’s most populous state, Uttar Pradesh.

Amongst his experiences are manager of training and admin with Goa Coastal Resorts and Recreation, and director of operations with Casinos Austria International.

Model, whose previous property boasted 1,100 rooms in addition to 85 tables and 1,600 gaming machines, is a Mandarin Chinese speaker with 15 years of hotel and Integrated Resort experience in Asia.

The graduate of The George Washington Tsinghua and Beijing Language and Culture Universities, has also worked in China (Six Senses, Sheraton Sanya), Macau (Wynn Macau), Vietnam (Ho Tram) and in The Kingdom of Bhutan (Aman Resorts).
